Zyric Seed was founded in 2008 in the heart of the Netherlands — a country renowned for its agricultural innovation and seed expertise. From a small breeding facility in Amsterdam, we set out to create vegetable varieties that combine Dutch precision with real-world performance in diverse global climates.
Today, we manage the entire seed value chain: from initial cross-breeding and field trials to seed cleaning, treatment, packaging, and global distribution. Every seed carries our promise of quality, traceability, and farmer success.
Our international expansion began in 2010 with exports to neighboring countries. By 2014, we established a production site in East Africa, and in 2016, we opened a full breeding and trial station in the Middle East. These milestones reflect our commitment to understanding and serving local farmers in challenging informal markets.
With offices and facilities across Europe, the Middle East, and Sub-Sahara Africa, Zyric Seed is more than a seed company — we are a partner in global food security.
